I dont have comcast ( I was thinking of switching) but my fathers work does and

they get the same thing and my dad says he thinks its the companies that send

them and then want to pay

I have Norton and it works great I got it at Costco and you can load it on three

pcs/laptops

When I try and sign on to my comcast acct.Adaware pops up and says this site is

infected with malware.i`m running an adaware scan and then I will run AVG.I

don`t know if either of these will take care of malware.I don`t know if I have

malware.I don`t even go to that site,except to check emailand I don`t get much

on that address.I don`t open them if I don`t know who sent it.Anyone have

comcast?Do you know what is going on?I googled it,and seems recently,there have

been infections on comcast.If you pay them,they will help you remove it.Makes me

wonder if they sent it out?

So your father`s company uses Norton?That gets rid of the problem?I have ran a

scan with Adaware and AVG and I still cannot axcess my comcast acct.I have had

Norton before.Everytime I buy virus protection,I get a virus and then it seems

my virus protection doesn`t take care of it.Seems a free site always gets the

problem.What about malwarebytes?I had that before,and after it took care of my

initial problem,it didn`t seem to be any good anymore.Thankyou for your reply
