Guest guest
Hello Tina If the coconut is not doing well for you try doing the diet without it and later you might be able to tolerate it but if you are having those kinds of reactions you should be tested by a doctor and get two epipens one to carry with you in your purse and one for your car. They expire in a year. Ciao- Ange ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Thu, March 1, 2012 2:45:38 PM Subject: Not sure I can do this diet! The last 2 days,I went walking with my friend at the mall, and we stopeed for coffee at this little gourmet coffee shop.I got hazelnut coffee, which I have never had before. While we were walking,I got an asthma attack, and it feels like I have a clot in my leg. So,I was reading about side effects of coconuts, and it seems,if you have a hazelnut allergy,it can cause a serious cross reactivity to coconuts. It can cause anaphylaxis.I was fine, after I came home and hit my inhaler. Not sure, this is good for blood type A.Or,maybe i`m just allergic to coconut.Still feel like I have a clot in my leg.I have stuff here to take for that,so i`m not worried about it.Just not sure I will keep doing the diet.
