Guest guest
Hi, Sounds like my situation ... now 16 years with fibro, severe pain everywhere, including odd stabs here and there in my upper back, kidney zone, you name it (all areas of my body were examined and tested over a couple of years in the mid-90's... brain scans included) ... Amazingly, 5 years ago, I discovered I was gluten-intolerant ... Once I went completely off wheat, barley, rye & oats (the latter due to cross-contamination), my pains vanished .... for the most part ... I say that because the rest of the mystery was dairy, which I discovered a couple of years ago. Being off gluten & dairy has does nothing to help the extreme fatigue, which waxes and wanes in intensity, but it did help the unrelenting pain tremendously.... If I were to go to a specialist today, I would probably be diagnosed with chronic fatigue rather than fibro. Over the holidays, I gave in to some whipped cream topping on a piece of gluten-free pie... For the past few days, I've had a headache, general wide-spead discomfort, swollen knuckles, lower spinal pain and a trick knee that popped up suddenly (never had that one before). My last frontier is no sugar. After the new year, I'll be taking on that one, too. Hope this helps, " ) > Ho Joanne, > > I have been reading your posts and the others and find them very interesting. I am still reading through the bee site and trying to understand how her healing process is. I have had fibromyalgia for a long time, 20 years, and want really badly to heal. The other day I met a woman that is also healing through different natural treatment, bio identical hormones too. I have been doing the Gerson Therapy for some time, which includes lots of fruits, vegetables (cooked and raw), coffee enemas and some supplements. It has been difficult and slowly I am getting to follow it the way it was intended by Max Gerson. I started October 29th, 2011 with only the food and a week later I started with coffee enemas and slowly with the different supplements. I did eat kind of healthy so it was not a big deal for me. The hardest part was the time invested in preparing every thing. I always have pain, so the first days I could not sleep of pain due to all the activity. Slowly I adapted, sat down while preparing the juices. I also improved the juices by getting Green Star extractor, which makes a big difference. I also try to buy all organic, which is sometimes too expensive. > Today for the first time I felt better and more energized. My hip pain is about 20% less and my depression almost disappeared. I did not write earlier because there are many ups and downs and I wanted to make sure that I see some improvement. I am determined to continue until I am cured, so I just wanted to say that we all need to find the way to heal and there are many options as I can see here. I am convinced that our emotions are also very important. I always include visualization, meditation and relaxation. I also absolutely believe in this cure and are very optimistic. > A very important aspect is to know that our body can heal in harmony with nature and knowledge about our metabolic system. > > >
