I do not go swimming anymore. I develop severe continuous sneezing

fit that leads to extreme fatigue and land up with a rash. I figure am

allergic to chlorine. Am so sensitive to chemicals now, I can't even

go shopping due to the all the chemicals in the clothing. Yesterday

I tried to see if I could do a bit of Christmas shopping, I almost passed out.

I barely managed to arrive standing up and fell to a deep slumber for

three hours. But then again, cedar trees are going through their pollen molt.

This may be the reason I find myself a bit more sensitive to chemicals in the

stores.

Very interesting- here in the states when I was growing up they did flouride

treatments to us every year as part of our dental care. I did not like it all

but no one cared at the time...:)

I love to swim but can not use a public pool because the chlorine kills my skin.

Does anyone else have a bad reaction?

I do love the ocean but the water is too cold here in the San Francisco area to

go swimming but when we have been to Hawaii I do love the ocean and can swim

with no bad reaction to my skin

Ciao-

Ange

Hi

I do recall Bee saying once our toxic load is down then we will detox the

flouride anyway so I do not over worry about it. I do think I have some

sensitivity to it though, I have never been able to stand toothpaste, even as a

child I used to say, there is something in that

The chlorine too. When my fibro started up and I was trying to figure out what

was causing it I noticed it always flared up when I went swimming. I was only

about 24 years old when I noticed this and gave up swimming because of it.

It is just good to know I can add the vitamin C and make some difference. I feel

that by eliminating a little toxicity here and a little toxicity there I am

investing in my future. It would be great to be a wee old lady with a very toxic

free home

Love Joanne

i went back to bee's group to check. you can add a table spoon or 1000 mg of the

powder to the bath, when using a filter pitcher, you can leave our for 24 hours

to dispel the chlorine, but not sure how much C you can add to the pitcher to

remove chlorine. There are some filters, that remove floride, but may take out

other minerals as well. The diet of high fat does help us detox heavy metals.
