Guest guest
Thanks Joanne, I really do cope better with stress than before I started the diet, but it is unusually to have so much come up at one time. Also I detox a lot at night, and there is not much I can do about that. I was able to go for a walk before work today. We had a severe storm last evening, with hail and high winds. That was stressful too. Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I am really not that sure, but Bee has said that pain is toxins moving around, and I have seem my pain move around. I have seem my pain increase with increase of coconut oil, and increase with sugar, so try to keep sugar out of the picture, and have the amount of coconut oil I need only. Sugar is said to cause inflammation,(causes damage), but on the other hand coconut oil will help our bodies create inflammation, which is how our bodies heal from injury. We just do not want to try to push the healing beyond what we can handle. I barely notice my hand pain in the daytime, but it is more noticeable at night. It does hurt more at night, I think. I have had some injuries to my hands, and think I am detoxing a lot of solvents, from my art, my work, and chemicals in general. I know I am around chemicals at times, and my body has to get rid of them. I am sure I still have toxins in my body that it is working on getting rid of still. I know overall, I have much less pain than before this diet and supplements. I am not expecting perfection. Stress will make pain worse for sure. I did have a good day today going on Bible studies with a friend. Hope this helps, and thanks for those links. c > > > Â > Do you think this hip and neck pain I get could be detox? It comes at night and I have it in the morning, but it wears off as the day goes on? I have not thought of it as detox until I read your email. I have been thinking it is the electromagnetism, or the position I am sleeping in. I have even blamed my husband saying it is slepping next to him, I said he is toxic LOL, but now thinking this is my body getting rid of toxicity > Â > Mmm, I know the rash on my legs is detox, but not really been thinking the pain is, but it could be. > Â > Also, this worsens when I am emotional. I am wondering if there is anything I can do to help myself with this, the cold shower in the morning helps > Â > And also, so hoping you are better today!!!! > Â > Love joanne x
