Hello everyone:

Some of you may have already noticed that seems to be

having another brain fry. It's going up and down, available one minute

and unavailable the next.

There are a bunch of messages waiting in the queue to be approved that

I can see but can't get to in order to approve and post them! So, if

you don't see your message coming through to the group as quickly as

usual, it's not the moderators! Please do not resend your message!

Just please be patient. We'll get to them just as soon as

lets us.

It also helps a lot if you will make sure your post follows our simple

posting rules before sending it! Then we don't have to edit it, and we

can just approve and post it as soon as we have one of those moments

where the system makes them available. If we have to stop and clean up

your posts for you, then we end up not getting through it and getting

it out before the system goes down again.

To refresh everyone on the rules:

(1) don't include the entire post from the one you are replying to -

just use your " delete " button to leave only a sentence or two from the

prior post

(2) don't use abbreviations or acronyms - not everyone knows them!

(3) hit " return " every couple of sentences to break your post into

several paragraphs instead of one huge block of type, so that it is

easier to read and respond to

(4) use capital letters at the start of sentences and for " I " , and use

periods at the end of sentences. No " .... " at the end of sentences -

it makes text wrap go kerfluey and messes up the verbal readers many of

our members use.

If you can help us by following these simple rules, we can get more

posts through onto the list faster while is being goofy -

not to mention all the rest of the time!
