Guest guest
No, I don't know that. Go to toxicdiscovery.com and email Kathy from that site. She can answer many questions about the legal stuff, much better than I. Guest guest
I am happy to help answer questions, without charge, if the questions are simple. I do that on a daily basis. If someone wants to hire me to represent them on their claim, to work and submit it, then in some cases I would take the case. Kathy J does not work claims for free, either. Like a doctor, my services are based on my education, expertise and my time. Unlike most doctors, attorneys (I included) do quite a bit of pro bono (at no charge). I just can't live on that. > >> > >>> Lynda, > >>> When I type in the MDL on search the home page gives right under the > >>> heading of MDL 926 all The Dow contact info. Why is that? Guest guest
Moll, Is it really impossible for anyone who has had implants after 1992 to do anything legally to force these corporations to take responsibility for the damage they've wrought? I just can't believe they can continue to ruin the lives of thousands of women with no accountability. Guest guest
Anything is possible, but the likelihood is not very great. The silicone implant litigation got a 'black eye' after incredible lobbying by plastic surgeons and the implant industry. A federal panel told a federal court that there was no evidence of any link between silcone implants and systemic illness, so expert witnesses who believed there was were not allowed to testify. I suspect that trying to get an attorney to take a product liability case over saline implants will not be any easier - especially since they are already FDA 'approved'. There has been a big push by Bush and others to prohibit lawsuits over products that are FDA approved. The only thing I could possibly see is a lawsuit over a clear 'local' defect. > > >> > > >>> Lynda, > > >>> When I type in the MDL on search the home page gives right under the > > >>> heading of MDL 926 all The Dow contact info. Guest guest
Lynda, I am now representing women in settlements. As my health improved, I began working for the attorney I hired, who does BI cases, then I have taken on some of my own. Guest guest
Glad to know that. Many women come here looking for help with legal issues. Guest guest
I've had many conversations with Molly - I KNOW her heart is in the right place to represent implanted women! . . . She will leave no stone unturned to do right by her clients! I'm so proud of you Molly! Rogene
Guest guest
Molly, I am very happy for you, that your health has improved and you can help other women. It's simply awesome! I respect the fact that you have to make a living, also, and can help a little, but life demands $$$ to survive, doesn't it? I remember accepting a guitar pick from a young teenager, for payment of a session. He was studying guitar and his family was financially down. He told me when he's famous I can get into all his concerts for free. lol. Then other people would pay me double, just cuz they felt like it. So it all balanced out in the end. I am hoping to rekindle my holistic business soon, as I will be unable to do respite with Emma, my granddaughter as of Feb. 1. It's too bad that some people have to be dishonest and spoil it for the rest of us. We're taking it with a heavy heart, right now. The government is behind 7 weeks in paying me, so after that comes through my daughter-in-law may try to appeal it with the genetesist. Life's challenges, eh? (Oh, there's that Canadian thing again!) Keep up the good work! Love & Blessings, Sunny > > > >> > > > >>> Lynda, > > > >>> When I type in the MDL on search the home page gives right under the > > > >>> heading of MDL 926 all The Dow contact info. Why is that? Guest guest
Yes, that is true... Sunny, I hope things work out for you with your business. I didn't know you were a musician. That's fabulous. > > > > > >> > > > > > >>> Lynda, > > > > > >>> When I type in the MDL on search the home page gives right > >under the > > > > > >>> heading of MDL 926 all The Dow contact info. Guest guest
Hi Molly, actually I'm not a " true " musician, my father was. I sing better than I play guitar - 7 chords gives me 50 songs to sing! lol When I was doing my healing work on the West Coast of Canada a few years back, a teenage boy gave me a guitar pick for my services. I am a Holistic Educator/Healer - that's my biggest love, besides clowning. I used to clown around a few years ago and love it. Maybe I'll combine the two for a Humor Therapy! God knows we need it these days! Love & Best Wishes to you for your business, > > > > > > >> > > > > > > >>> Lynda, > > > > > > >>> When I type in the MDL on search the home page gives right > > >under the > > > > > > >>> heading of MDL 926 all The Dow contact info.
