Joanne,

Yes, I love my crock pots.  I would hate to have to live without them.  I have

a smaller one that I use for beans and a larger one that I use for meats, stews

and the like.

You would not beleive it Lovell but I actually did not use my crock pot to cook

my turkey crown. I almost always do use my crock pot ofr everything but just

decided to cook this in the oven. Never mind, I am hoping they might put these

on offer over the next few days if they do I will buy another one and try it

The crock pot, what a gift, and it was that told me about them.

The crock pot makes life so simple.

I am actually thinking of getting another one so I have one for bone broth and

one for my meat

Must of us on bees site are only eating two or 3 meals, the ketosis kills the

appetite so we dont even desire much food anyway. On the other natural healing

sites they are still eating far too many carbs, in the form of fruit juces, I am

sure this is making them hungry. so many are complaining that thye are exhausted

from cooking. I cook for 4 but I am barely even in the kitchen, everything just

gets flung in the crock pot. and that is the only cooking utensil I have to

wash. I dont understand where all the cooking comes from on these other sites.

Honestly bee has made all this so simple, it is unbelievable how much work other

folk are having to do on these other diets

I just buy a joint stick in in the crock pot with plenty of lard and herbs. have

that for my eveing meal, then have a piece of the same meat in the morning with

my supplements and I buy a cooked chicken when I am out. Throw a bit of butter

and salt on it and thata my lunch. snacks is warmed up bone broth, cheese or

lemon juice. LOL sounds exciting doesn't it but honest I cant be bothered either

cooking or eating. as long as I get all my supplements in me and plenty of fat.

I just dont really fuss much about anything else

Yes, the humble crock pot, that really has to be the investment of the year

Love Joanne

Don't know if you have tried this but I cook the turkey breast in my crock pot

and it is very good.  It is so much easier too than baking a whole turkey.
