Hi I can't remember if I posted here about T J maxx stores here having brita

pitchers, and Earth Friendly ecos, laundry detergent and dishmate, dish washing

detergent. they are natural and work well. iherb has them as well. I have a

clear 2O pitcher, and it has a monitor change with it. they filter a little more

out, but still not chlorine. Still not sure how much c to add to bath water. she

says 1000 mg, and also a tablespoon. big difference.

thing we need to be healthy.

> Bacteria is in water, like anything else, to clear the toxicity. When the

bacteria is killed by the chlorine there is nothing to shift the toxicity and

therefore the water is actually worse for us

>

> When we drink water with chlorine in it (eg tap water) that chlorine gets in

us and kills our gut bacteria. Over time if this keeps happening our gut flora

becomes more aggressive and we end up with Candida and other nasty bugs. But the

Candida and even these nasty bugs are not actually out to get us. They are

evolving in our bodies because without the bacteria our bodies are becoming more

and more toxic

with the vitamin C really is a good idea. In the short time between filling up

the bath and adding the vitamin c not much bacteria will return to our bath

water and therefore not much of the toxicity will be removed but where it is

good is the chlorine will no longer be seeping through our skin

stops me swallowing much chlorine which means over time, with the diet and

supplements my body can and will repopulate itself with all the bacteria it

needs. As the bacteria return so my toxic load will go down and this is how our

bodies get well

places for us to be. They are full of chemicals and electromagnetism too

visits to small shops and even a few supermarkets, as long as I keep my visits

short

> I have noticed that since I have lowered the level of chemical detergents in

my home and lowered my exposure to electromagnetism I can suffer these things a

little more elsewhere. I think it is a case of the body can only cope with so

much in one day, so if we can limit our exposure at home and throughout the day

if we do need to call in the store then a short visit will not be so bad. But

stay away from the detergents, toiletries and perfumes

> The most important thing we can do is get our guts repopulated with the

bacteria it needs. I really do not think we can do this using probiotics, there

are far too many problems with these. But we can do it with the bone broth, the

fats, meats and eggs. None of these need bacteria to be digested and if these

are our main foods the gut gets a good rest, it can then rebuild itself the way

it would have been if it had not been exposed to all this toxicity and all the

carbs we ate in the past

> Hope this is making some sense. A good book that has helped me to understand

this better is called Gut And Psychology Syndrome by Natasha McBride.

She suggests we walk barefoot in the countryside and swim in clean natural

waters. She tells us to limit our exposure to electromagnetism and chemicals,

plus eat a high fat diet with plenty of meat and eggs. she also says either cook

your low starch veg well or ferment them. Cooking veg well or fermenting them

means much fewer pathogens in our gut are needed to digest them
