Guest guest Posted October 30, 2000 Report Share Posted October 30, 2000 There are a lot of people with diabetes and depression on this list too..I do believe I've read that often when BGs get better controlled the depression improves too, along with a lot of other things. So you can look forward to that. Take care. Vicki BTW, if there are steps in your house you can use them for exercise...you can jump rope at home...lots of alternatives to outdoor walking in the winter; you've got to be creative! What part of the country are you in?
