Breakfast- scrambled eggs with 2 sliced cantoloupe on the side(Great protien w/ a bit of natural sugar combination needed to start up your motor in the morning). 2. Cordyceps Mushroom Supplement-3 grams a day for energy booster 3.Nopal Cactus Supplement 1000 Mg(known as prickly pear) a day this helps boost energy,detoxify liver, reduces inflammation. Just a pass on if you are interested for extra energy. Am getting the mushroom supplement...prickly pears from cactus are available here so am trying those. Hope this will help some of you.
