Guest guest
Hi Terry,Celtic Salt is expensive. I buy it at whole food store and it is cheaper if it is grey and not grounded, about $7.00 a pound, but it lasts long.I have been on this diet for almost three months and just want to tell you to first read all Bee's material and then start slowly. Before I started this diet I had another cleansing diet that was the total opposite, but I did eat mostly organic and non processed food. I went from high carb to low carb and it did affect me greatly in a very difficult way. I started to desintoxicating too fast, all my symptoms became worst and I am still in a difficult phase, but I persist because I see no other way. I cannot say that I regret starting so abruptly, but I just want to tell you what happened to me. Going from high carb (even if it was organic and healthy) to low carbs can give you many unwanted symptoms, so it is better to start slowly. According to Bee it does not make a big difference if you start the full program or slowly, but she does say that you can only start to heal when you are full on the program, so I conclude it does matter, but some people might get discouraged it they get so many desintoxicating effects at once. Bee does not think that high ketosis is important, just to follow her nutritional advice. I cannot tell you how important ketosis is for me because I haven't been doing it for long enough time to tell, but by eating about 25 to 45gr of carbs a day I burn mainly fat, which is what helps us get healthy.Wish you luck!Paz Subject: newbie me To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Wednesday, March 21, 2012, 12:15 AM  I've started looking for the things you've sent me. I looked at my source (Bulk Natural Foods) for sea salt. They call it " Celtic Sea Salt " and the price is $10.50 for one pound. YIKES!!!!!!! Is this normal?
