Guest guest
Hey Ladies, I just wanted to pass along some good news! I went to my doctor yesterday for another laser acupuncture treatment. These are working great for handling my fibro and joint pain. I used to take an occasional darvocet for pain 3 times per week. Now, I haven't taken one in over 2 weeks. He has been "zapping" a meridian that is for pain memory. We are hoping we can clear out any perceived pain. He said with the fibro pain so strong for so long my brain may have gotten confused and started to perceive pain where it really doesn't exist. So far I have had 3 treatments for that meridian and my pain is less and less between visits. Anyway, he asked me "What do you attribute to a 13 pound weight loss in the past 4 weeks?" I knew I had lost a few pounds but 13? Whoa! I have been eating only mainly fresh raw veggies, no red meats, and a liquid diet day once a week. I have been getting more active, I have been keeping up with chores better around the house. I have also been wearing a pedometer, and trying to "one up-myself" each day. - How low will we go? Guest guest
Are you taking Vit D supplement? If it's low you should be! Google it, there is some good info on Vit D research. More people of deficient because we stay inside or we are always putting on sunscreen. You body requires Vit D and it good to get it in short daily exposures from the sun w/o sunscreen. Burning is what causes the other problems. Guest guest
Any store will sell it. I get it from Wal-Mart. You find it at CVS, Walgreens, any drug store.
