Over the last few days, we have been privately advised by some subscribers from

within the group that Marty Hall apparently, for whatever reason (from bad

humor, at one end, to identity theft and false impersonation, at the other end)

and without any authorization to act on our behalf, posted the electronic robot

picture. Besides message content by new users, any uploads to the IgAN Yahoo

message board, in general, and the photo section, in particular, are apparently

not monitored in any form or fashion by the moderator(s). Anyway, if any of you

have the time and energy to worry about or to confirm such, a summary of the

details which were forwarded to us is as follows:

From the one standpoint, imitation even in its simple forms is a faster and more

efficient form of acquiring new behaviors than its traditional classical

conditioning and reinforcement learning counterparts; in many subjects it is

critical during development and remains an important aspect of social

interaction and adaptation throughout life.
