Guest guest
Barry, Thanks for the information. I'm getting up the nerve to do my first flush. I've been just experimenting with the epsom salts when I get that too full feeling and it helps in and of itself. Just need to make the time for the full on flush. I have a friend who is an MD and he was over for dinner tonight and I was explaining the flush and I know he thought I was insane. I told him that I thought all the people who have had successful flushes on this list and others as well can't be wrong. Of course, there will always be that difference of opinion when dealing with the medical profession. But he did agree, that if it works why not?! I would just like to have the antispasmatic meds in the cabinet in the event I would need them. I have to say, knock wood, that I haven't had an attack in about a year. I've changed my diet and try not to overeat and drink plenty of fluids. More fresh fruit and vegetables and stay away from beef. Thanks for writing and congratulations on a super successful flush. It inspires me to hear stories such as yours. And the bonus here is that I like olive oil! I'm thinking that I'll be shooting for March sometime. Thanks again,
Guest guest
Hi , You are welcome. Good luck in March. I don't know about your doctor or anyone else, I just know that it works for me and I'm sold on it. Not only have I actually seen close to 1,500 stones exit my body in 4 flushes, and I feel great, I will keep doing what works for me. The alternative is to have the doctors rip out my gb. If I need to do that later I will. But for now I will try and keep my vital digestive organ thank you very much!!! Your doctor, with all his education, will always resort to laughing, smiling with that educated smile, and the 'your insane' remarks to cover his own ignorance of the process. All doctors are the same. He was wise is saying to try it if it will work. That's a humble way to admit he doesn't know enough about the process. Even if he researches it on the website he must still go with what is exceptable for doctors to practice at this time. I know people who actually drink a small amount of Epsom salts (1 teaspoon) in the mornings, and/or also 1 teaspoon of olive oil everyday and this maintains their bodies. These people, once they have a clear liver and gb may never have to do a full flush. This daily oil and salts is good enough to keep your body from the gb attacks and producing the stones. This is of course once your body is already cleaned from flushing. Maintaining your body with good diet and herbs, or this little amount of oil and/or salts could be all that you need. Good luck.
