Guest guest
What if the plastic surgeon who implanted you caused the hole? Sounds like a legal tangle would ensue. Guest guest
, Read the warranty carefully . .. I suspect it is good only if a woman 'replaces" the defective implant. . . Rogene
Guest guest
Hi , Unless their warranties have changed dramatically in the last couple of years, they only " guarantee " they they will replace with the same or similar implant that just failed! I've never seen a warranty that will cover removal ... who was your manufacturer and what year? Let me know if yours is any different ... Blessings to you. Guest guest
Generally speaking, by the time one finishes signing the consent forms, nobody is responsible for anything . .. (except the woman for making a bad decision!) Rogene Kenda Skaggs <skaggs@...> wrote: What if the plastic surgeon who implanted you caused the hole? Guest guest
I'm afraid Rogene is probably right. The implant manufacturers will not honor any warranty if there is a hole. I doubt the surgeon will admit anything. Any law suit will simply cost us, the ones who have been implanted...more than the effort is probably worth. All the consent forms hold them harmless...anyway. > What if the plastic surgeon who implanted you caused the hole?
