Hi Elaine,

Yes it is good to start gradually with the coconut oil, and gradually reduce

your carbs. The diet made a big difference in my pain level,and helped in other

unexpected ways. Bee's group mentions about a lack of gallbladder, so you can

check it out when you join her group.
