Guest guest
Marty, I was prescribed 50mg...but it made me " drunk " I became real dizzy and would throw up...so I cut the pill in 1/2...so it is approx 25 or so mg...even though the dosage is minimal it has helped me tremendously...I haven't cried about not having children since I've been on it and I am more my old happy self. Guest guest
Marty, I take 50 MG of Zoloft. I never felt the feeling of being drunk but I have noticed that when I forget to the Zoloft in the morning it keeps me up at night. I also noticed a huge difference in my attitude. I find that I am able to relax more easily now. Before I ALWAYS seemed anxious. Re: Zoloft How much Zoloft are you two on? I take 75mg. I'd like some feedback from y'all. Guest guest
Thanks Janie and . I take 75mg. It really seems to help with my social anxiety/introvertedness. I talk to people more freely now. I appreciate that. Marty It has been a long time! > > > > > > > > > > > > Hello everyone, > > > > > > I am finally back. Guest guest
I'm currently on 100mg of Zoloft. I started off on 50mg, and while it did help a bit, I was still quite down. However, I'm a lot better now that I'm on 100mg. Guest guest
Dave, I forgot to say in the last email that orange juice is very high in potassium. I am not sure about the wheat grass, but I am sure about Orange Juice.
Guest guest
Well people, came back from the physician and i am oficailly on the ' Happy Pill' zoloft , he prescribed 25 mg for 2 weeks then 50 after that.Oh ladies...he actually said it is good for men for the horizontal mumba..hmmm how i asked and he said one word " Prolongation " .LOL Anyways i was diagnosed as a case of classic mild depression , whatever it means. Now i have a question for you all, i have been taking wheatgrass mixed in orange juice for 3 months now , well , i want to try alternative also [ayurvedic?], and i did notice my creatitine go down from 1.88 to 1.68 , but my pottasium went up to 5.8 , which is being controlled by sodium polystyrene sulfonate or something like that and 'Pee-Alot-Pill' cholrothiazide. Now the question is does wheat grass have pottasium? And the Pee-Alot-Pill , what are the side effects ,the benefits, the pros, cons? I will keep you posted on my progress on the happy side and on the creatinine side. BTW: I am thankful to all that replied back on the depression thread, it was nice to know there are shoulders to lean on. Dave Gill

Forgive me..I don't remember your marital status....but just hope your wife/girlfriend is not on it too...because if they are they will not care too much about the " prolongation " .... just one more piece of evidence this pill was created by a man! Guest guest
Dave, You are starting the same way I did. I really didn't notice a difference in myself until I was at 50mg for about 30 days. I also remember that the first couple of weeks I felt kind of weird. I wish I had a better explanation but I can't think of one. Sometimes I just felt like I was having an out-of-body experience. Good luck and let us know how it works. Guest guest
I know what that's like, for the first couple of weeks, I copped all the side effects of the medication, but then they started settling down after that.
