Guest guest
Sunny, I had the PS give me my implants. They were sanitized and washed and he documented their condition, Then he sent my tissue and capsule to the pathologist. I had them with me when I left after my surgery, He should be able to help you get them. Terri P HawaiiSunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Hi, Girls! My surgery was a huge success with en block procedure and he said very little breast tissue went with the capsules. Everything was intact when it came out. He said my left implant was obviously ruptured and wasn't sure about the right one. My nipples and aerola have sensation, my scars under my breast are about 4 inches long, but with time and Vitamine E they will be gone within 6 weeks! I am wearing my old bra for support and it fits ok just a little big in the cup. I'm looking forward to fluffing out a bit and seeing down the line if I will need reconstruction. He said I may not. I am still planning to send my implants to Dr. Blais. I wrote a couple of letter to the hospital to be able to retrieve my implants and I guess it caused quite a kirfuffle, my PS told me. Nobody has asked for this, I guess, even though there's been 5,000 surgeries of the same kind at the hospital. He recommended that I ask the pathologist to send them to Dr. Blais otherwise they may accuse me of tampering if I am going for compensation. I want to see them first. He said that may be a problem. Well, I guess I could get a lawyers letter in a hurry...they are mine, after all.I am feeling free mentally, emotionally ecstatic, and spiritually restored! Already I am more positive about my future healing and am getting prepared to start my healing business again. There will be lots of public speaking done in the next while. I have developed a passion for this topic, certainly, and would like to do some anti-abortion educating, something I went through myself, and to help people addicted to drugs and alcohol. I guess God has my work cut out for me! While I recover, I can renew my workshop and write one for children that has been circling around in my heart and head for a month! So glad to be on the mend...and for all of you ladies awaiting explant, you have a wonderful gift coming!!Love, healing prayers, and affectionate kisses on the cheeks of each and every one of you,Sunny Groups are talking. Guest guest
Sunny . .. If you'll wear a snug, but comfortable sports bra 24/7, until healing is well underway, what ever scar tissue forms inside will help to shape you up nicely. Wonderful to see you feeling so well! Guest guest
Terri, there's no problem for me to take them from pathology after they've been looked at...my PS told me if I wanted to go for compensation from the manufacturer, they may accuse me of tampering with the implants, so it would be best for the pathologist to send them straight to Dr. Blais. I may do it this way. However, I would like to see them first. Love & Healing, Sunny -- In , Peake <peaketeresa@...> wrote: > > Sunny, > I had the PS give me my implants. Guest guest
Thanks, Rogene - I bought a couple a few weeks pre-surgery, when I get home I'll try them on. For now, I'm wearing a tight, stretch tank top and my old bra, which surprisingly fits...just a little vacant on the top part. I can't believe how free I feel. I've always been such a nature girl and those implants really brought me down to depression, I tell ya. It's going to be a wonderful healing journey, eating well, detoxing, and actually wanting to exercise, God forbid!!' Thanks for your on-going love & support, Angel Lady, Sunny > > Sunny . .. > > If you'll wear a snug, but comfortable sports bra 24/7, until healing is well underway, what ever scar tissue forms inside will help to shape you up nicely. > > Wonderful to see you feeling so well! > > God Bless, > > Rogene >
Guest guest
, it all depends on what shape my breasts turn out to be in 6 months. I would like them to look like they did before I was implanted. I want to look as much as I originally did before this nightmare began 20 yrs. ago. Dr. Furness said he doubts that I will need it, but we'll wait 6 months and see what my body does. I wouldn't be getting any fatty tissue of my own put in or anything like that. Just reshaping what exists. Love & Healing, Sunny p.s. Since it's covered by Health Care, and if I can have my old breasts back, I would like that, if necessary. > > Sunny why would you think you need reconstructive surgery ? >
Guest guest
Thanks, sweet gals! I don't have the money to send my implants for analysis, but I know when I'll need it God will provide. The important thing is to get proof that these ugly poison bags hurt women and children...and affect their husbands and families, too.
