Guest guest Posted October 23, 2000 Report Share Posted October 23, 2000 Chocolate Protein Shake 1 scoop Whey Protein Powder (chocolate) 1/4 C Half and Half 3/4 C water 1 T cocoa Plus 1 t instant sugar free chocolate fudge pudding mix 1 packet Splenda Mix well in large cup with hand blender-pour into lidded container and chill in frig. This travels well and thickens when chilled to a shake consistency. The pudding can be left out, but helps to thicken the shake. You may also add coffee in place of some of the water to make a Mocha Mudslide Shake Cinnamon Roll Shake 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder 1/4 C Half and Half 3/4 C water 1 t Butter Buds Plus 1 t instant sugar free butterscotch pudding mix 1 t vanilla extract 1/4 t cinnamon 1 packet Splenda Mix well with hand blender in large cup and serve chilled. This also thickens nicely due to the pudding, but the original recipe called for more Butter Buds, so pudding can be left out if you don't want the extra carbs.
