Try Braggs unfiltered apple cider vinegar 3x daily with equal amounts of water mixed in. Fatigue: get all processed foods + meats, spike flavoring, msg, yeast products out of your diet. Plenty of soft protein and veggies...as organic as possible. Stop ALL sugared items including store juices. If possible make your own juices following similar juice recipes of Montel . Natural probiotics,Plenty of your necessary supplements, lots and lots of water... mucus seems to be thicker in fibros. virgin coconut oil, Lots of vitamins including B12,...oh, so important, make a list of foods you eat everyday. This helps find the culprits that start flares. When you are in Flare...rest and sleep. You cannot fight this or you make it worse. Learn to let go, the world will be here tomorrow. Get help with the children from family or church if necessary. Learn to listen to quiet relaxing music...music can heal. Learn to meditate and pray. God also Heals. I begin to look forward to wait for the next healthy day...this gives me Faith. Do relaxing puzzles to get out of the pain thoughts, it helps distracta bit. I love to paint so in bed I make plans on my next project when I get well....this givesme Hope. Going through this painful illness has given me empathy for all others in pain.  I learn to walk in this life with the pain with a bit more wisdom and love for those in the same boat. I give them my smile.They need a soothing sign too.I have learned to cope with a painful beast that can be somewhat controlled. I share my findings as Joanne has. But a very large part of this healing is about spirituality...no matter how you want to escape it. I have noticed through the years I have been in this site, many fibromyalgians come from very very painful pasts, auto accidents, and having more than three children. This has been the equation of many findings not just mine. Scientific findings find that extreme anger, hatred,negative emotions bring on illnesses especially cancer. So we need to learn to forgive. I had to. Most of my happiness and joy comes from forgiveness and closeness to God. I still walk in pain...today is one of them. But it is different, I can bear it...I have forgiven myself and those who injured me in the past. I am resting and listening to wonderful spiritual music and looking forward to painting once again.
