Guest guest
Barry, my mail deletes the trash too quickly on it's own. And I didn't save that great post you sent about 3 days ago or so explaining how the ingredients in the recipe work. PLEASE RESEND... it was so wonderfully put. Guest guest
, I'm not sure which post that was. I don't have the posts emailed to me, I just have the group page in my 'favorites' and do everything in here instead of in my email folders. You can page back a few days and read every post in here. There are thousands. ;-) I think what I was telling someone is what I percieve the cleanse method to be doing to my body. I can try and re-explain but don't know if I would hit the same key points that I have before. Fasting all day (and even the day before if you can) will allow the gb to fill up with a lot of bile which comes down from the liver and is stored in the gb. The 6pm and 8pm epsom salts will prepare your body by opening digestive/intestinal/and bowel/colon ducts and organs. Water will also be eliminated with the initial waste and sludge that comes out of your digestive system during this time. By the way, I've deduced that the more water I get out, and the more dehydrated my body becomes, this will actually help in the process for me to remove the stones more efficiently. I think alot of water in your body will slow down the process and actually cause lesser than desired results. I have found this to be true in my case, not for evryone. If I get rid of the water first, my body will process the oil better and faster. Just my observation, and something to think about. This is why I use more salts (5 tblspns) to get the best flush for my body. The ducts are now open, water is out of your system, and sludge is also somewhat out of the way. The olive oil will then cause the gb to contract violently (but painlessly) because of the salts and oil, and the gb stones will push out of the cystic duct, through the common duct and exit into your intestine. The oil will also be obsorbed by your liver and continue to clean and break up stones that are 'hanging on' in your liver and gb. You will pass stones for a few days after even though you may not see them because they will be hidden in your regular bowel movements. Thus, the cleanse is never really totally unsuccessful. I mentioned something that some people may not understand or agree with. Maybe this is what you were refering too. The body, when it is functioning properly, will produce and eliminate this bad fatty cholesterol from your system anyway. The liver will clean it out of your blood and body, and you will normally pass these toxins out of your body as a regular digestive procedure. When the liver gets slow, and the gb gets sluggish, your liver and gb will not eliminate these toxins regularly and the stones will be produced. If those soft liver stones drop down into the gb with the bile, they will become harder and calcify if the gb is sluggish in eliminating bile as well. The stones then will have difficulty exiting the gb and will cause pain by blocking the mouth of the gb leading to the 2mm cystic duct. The gb will backup and bloat and pain will result until hours later when the stone drops back down into the gb and the pain disappears. Your body, IMO, will normally remove a lot of these softer liver stones with regular bodily digestive function. This is why people are talking about flushing hundreds of these softer stones. Your body will normally do this anyway but you don't see them because they are imbedded in regular stool. The flush will eliminate the stones faster and more clearly because you aren't having to look into the stool. You will see only the results from the cleanse. Sludge and stones floating on the water. This excites people even though their body does this anyway and they don't break down a regular stool to look for the stones that come out with regular digestive function anyway. Otherwise, you would have millions of stones by now. The harder, calcified, gb stones that are bigger are another animal altogether in my experience and opinion. Whereas I have gotten out hundreds of soft liver stones on my flushes, the 1cm calcified gb stone that is causing the pain is still in my gb confirmed by ultrasound. I have to diet more, flush more, and break down that stone over time and then eliminate it with a good flush. But I really think there is two things to look at with this method of cleanse. The easy, clean the liver, remove the soft stones faster results, and also the remove the hard-er, problem stone that is causing pain. I have had great success on the former but am still working on the later. My goal is not only a clean healthy liver/gb but also to get that big hard stone out of my gb. This is really the only way I will feel totally happy that the flushes have done me well. I will continue and let you know the day that I am free from that 'problem stone'. This will usually require substancially more time if your gb is sluggish and the size and hardness of the problem stone. Herbs, and dieting is the best way to reduce the size or break up this kind of stone. Some can just flush them out on the first try if their gb is working great and they have a great flush. But others have to repair their organs to proper working conditions before the flush will do them good. Maybe 1, 5, 10 flushes, who knows? I am currently dieting and looking for 'stone breakers' to help the process. I hope this helps you find what you are looking for. Happy Health.
