Hi all,

The last two days I traveled a lot and didn't adequately prepare beforehand. I

then ate things with too many carbs when I found myself famished (dates,

raisins, raw yogurt with a little raw honey) - so, not too bad, but I lost

ketosis.

My problem, now, is getting back into ketosis. The cravings for carbs are

horrific. Any suggestions?
