,

" Ingrown toenails " have almost nothing to do with how you cut your nails.

It has a lot to do with your health and with shoes you are wearing.

>Now before my diagnosis I may have had one my entire life!

I bet that one is inner side of your big toe, left leg. Am I right ?

It is your liver!!!

Each toe is " connected " with some organ.

If that organ is in poor health, then corresponding toe may show it.

Inner side of BIG toe shows health of your liver.

There is slight difference between left and right side.

Left leg corresponds to " one " part of your liver, right leg to " another " part.

Poor health of your liver and accumulation of toxins inside liver may cause

enlargement of surrounding tissue and may cause " in grow " .

If liver health is neglected, it may afect colon.

That is most common " in grow " and is caused by swollen liver.

Liver gets swollen (most commonly) because of intrahepatic stones.

Learn more about intrahepatic stones, and you will learn about your health.

Outer side of BIG toe shows health of your pancreas, spleen and to some extent

liver.

Too much sugar, concentrated sweeteners, antibiotics, carbs, ... may cause

enlargement of surrounding tissue and may cause " in grow " .

2 toes next to the Big toe are " connected " to the stomach.

Poor diet and stress will cause swelling of surrounding tissue and may cause

" in grow " .

Next toe is " connected " to the gallbladder.

People who have weak gallbladder may have problems with that toe.

Small toe is connected to the urinary bladder.

People who have weak urinary bladder may have problems with that toe.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Agnes
