Hi Susie

Thanks. I feel like such a goof. :) That's the cleanse that I usually use

(with a slight variation) and I have shared the link to that site with many

people - including this list. I just really have no recollection of Dr.

' name being mentioned. That's why I didn't know who he was.

But as for that cleanse - I like it very much. I've altered it a little bit,

for example I mix the juice and oil where he says to drink them separately.

I don't use anything to help me sleep, as I've rarely had any problems in

that area. But I do space the drinks out as he suggests. I have had great

success with both methods (this one and Dr. e's), but I much prefer this

one.

Oh, , you're not a goof. I think there's several cleanses out similar

to Dr. '. A friend of mine told me about Dr. ' cleanse about 11

years ago. This was way before I had GB problems, then I remembered this

when I started having problems. I recently found out last year that this

same friend is still doing this cleanse once or twice a year. His mother,

who died in the fall of 2000, did gallstone cleanings for many, many years.

She was in her late 90s when she died and died of CHF or pneumonia or

something.
