I am on day two... taking belly jelly and drinking distilled water

Did you honestly go through a whole tub of Belly Jelly ??

Even though it is only one tbs a day, the taste is so terrible

The mint taste just doesn't cut it. if you know what I mean

Just the thought of downing it makes me wanna gag

I have to keep saying to myself it's mind over matter

I will do other detoxes but I want to try this one first

About how many days after taking Belly Jelly did you feel better ??

In what way did you feel better after taking Belly Jelly ??

I am not expecting a miracle... Just a ray of hope

Sandy~

Sandy,

I did start to feel better while taking the belly jelly. I only had one tub and went through it all.

At first it made me consitpated, but I just drank more water through out the day. I thought I was

drinking enough, but I guess I wasn't. I do believe the belly jelly will do you some good as you are

not doing much for detoxing. This will be a great place to start. I also started drinking kumbacha (sp?)

every day around the same time. My fibro pain and stiffness is still the same, as nothing seems to touch it. However, my energy levels are much better and I am getting more accomplished through out the day.

I don't now which to attribute to the energy factor. The gal at the health food store where I buy kumbacha

said that this fermented drink is very good for fibomyalgics because it balances the pH.

(which I havea a hard time with).
