Guest guest
Okay, something I can do without $$! I and my mother have been saving egg shells to put around my tomato plants (later). Can you actually eat/drink this stuff? How many teaspoons per day? How do you consume it? Thanks! Terry in TN (USA) <> < > The magnesium citrate is a very safe supplement. I have heard a few bad things about the calcium citrate. I am not overly concerned and still take it, but if anybody here is worried about the calcium citrate, one eggshell grounded down is just over 600mg of calcium, and it contains other minerals the body needs, so really, if you are not lazy like me, egg shell is a good bet
