Okay, something I can do without $$! I and my mother have been saving egg

shells to put around my tomato plants (later). Can you actually eat/drink this

stuff? How many teaspoons per day? How do you consume it? Thanks!

anybody here is worried about the calcium citrate, one eggshell grounded down is

just over 600mg of calcium, and it contains other minerals the body needs, so

really, if you are not lazy like me, egg shell is a good bet
