Hi Michele,

Do you have a URL address for Dr Schultz site?

Sam

I have a mixture of both fruit and vegetable juices I'm going to use - found

off Dr Schulze's info on juicing ( different combinations of radishes,

cabbage, apples, carrots, beetroot, watermelon etc) =- seems the list is

endless and helps with a little variety I think!

Hi Sam,

I've found a few webpages on Dr Schulze (with handy tips such as drinking

128 fl oz of juice a day) - but the one that made for the easiest reading

and therefore to understand in my case) is the one mailed over the

weekend (must apologise for lack of response before today - this is my

works computer so of course I can't reply until Monday morn!)

http://curezone.com/schulze/herbal_news_juice_fasting.asp

and the other site I found 20 easy-to-do juicing recipes on:

http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/

Do apologise for the late response and once again - thankyou for all the

tips everyone on storing juice! As many have confirmed, although juicing is

ideally drunk immediately, for those who do need to take to work for lunch

etc, it can be done!

Many thanks,

Michele
