Guest guest
Hi , For me it's been a gradual healing, not something that has taken place overnight. I'm much better better than I was a year ago, when I had them removed, but I'm still on the mend. Some get better quickly, but I think the majority of us take a while. Some take six months or a year, and others take a couple of years, you just have to be kind to your body, and kind to your soul. Make sure to get yourself a good probiotic, that helped me quite a bit, and digestive enzymes have helped me, too. The probiotic I take is Culturelle, but I've heard many on this site discuss the benefits of Garden of Life Primal Defense. Guest guest
, I still have extreme fatigue, I had mine 20 years and sick for ten of those, explant was 1 year ago , residual capsule i month ago. I still have extreme fatigue, but no brain fog, so I have to except that and keep looking for what is causing the fatigue and get it taken care of, I hate it. I want to go back to work, I talked with former bosses today and they sid they would love to have me back to work, so I said fantastic, I will go back to work Jan07. I had to quit working because I was so sick, I just want the fatigue to go away. Any suggestions? Terri P > > Hi Everyone.. > > Thank you for your support with my decision to get my explant. Guest guest
Thank you for your answer...I work at Optimal Health Institute..they use wheatgrass as a foundational tool for healing and I do colon hydrotherapy. I can use both to speed up my healing. I will start my probiotics again too. I don't feel any brain fog..which is wonderful! Guest guest
, Congrats on your explant. What a relief it must be for you! I think you will find that some symptoms will go away quickly, while others will take time. I am one year out and lately have been feeling pretty good. Everyone is different, but I wouldn't get too discouraged if you find yourself still feeling pretty bad. It WILL get better. In the meantime, you can take extra good care of yourself and celebrate your impending good health! Bindi Explant on November 3rd!.... Hi Everyone..Thank you for your support with my decision to get my explant. It is hard to know if I feel better yet..my issue was a fatigue. I sometimes felt like I had low grade flu like symptoms. Would love to get feedback on how long it took to feel better, did it happen immediatly or take some time. My doctor says he did a total capsulectomy with drains and took pictures so I could see under the muscle what it looked like. I had a friend of a friend getting an implant on the same day and we talked and I shared the info I have learned and for now she decided against it!Best of health to all and blessings,

Guest guest
Hi Kenda, I was thinking that's probably why I felt bad after my explant. Have you heard anything about the one day detox that I read about, where you drink a pint of water every hour up until 3 or 4 hours before bedtime, eat bran cereal for breakfast, and you can eat but can't eat fats? I'm looking for some type of gentle detox and that looked like something I could manage, and it's only for one day. - I think Lynda posted some type of detox info a few weeks back, too - I printed it out and am looking for it. Guest guest
You bet it takes a toll on you. Although I was kind of over- energized (cuz of the drugs) at first, it took me 1-2 months to feel I was on my way to a new life. Still, after 3-1/2 months post- surgery I find myself wanting to rest after work, and haven't been doing alot of housework. Still unpacking boxes slowly from my move back to the city Sept. 1! Oh, well...I'm coming along nicely. Good ole time and prayer are the healers. Love & Blessings, Sunny > >Thank you everyone for your support...just another thought...for > anyone going through surgery, doesn't it take a week or 2 to recover > from the anesthesia and trauma of surgery?
