vision back, left arm gone ?!?!

Hi, I have had a mysterious return of my vision - which is great (and I

personally believe is a God thing) but have had a loss in the upper

left arm, strength all gone, and pain all here. I can't keep up. I

forgot to take my anti-spasticity meds last night, and my body gyrated

all night long. Every muscle in my back is so sore. My head is wanting

to explode. I sounds like pure joy today... don't I. I just need to

vent somewhere....
