Thanks Ilena . .. I found this really interesting! . . . They did an excellent job of describing a Herx, without actually calling it that . . . The fact that they eliminate sugar and sweets is interesting too - that would help with Candida issues. I know that some women have reported good results with Guaifenesin . . Maybe the ones it hasn't helped aren't avoiding the Salicylates. I suspect that this is another example of one specialty trying to define a problem in their own terms though . . . Just like they said! . . . They don't mention the problem with sleeping that all FM patients report . .. And they don't mention the benefits of theraputic massage . . . or the need to keep moving, regardless of the pain. Wouldn't it be nice if all these folks could get together, with patients, and share what works and what doesn't work? . . . I don' t think anyone has the whole

picture! I think anyone who has FM would do well to consider what they say . . . and use what works for them.
