Guest guest
Cherie, I'm so glad to hear you were able to stick it out! . . . I konw it was tough at times ... but the rewards sound like they were well worth it. I'd love to hear more about your experience. Guest guest
Cherie! congrats on your fast - that is a wonderful thing. I am so happy you all are supportive of juice fasts. > > Hi girls > I just wanted to share that I just completed my first 3-day fast. > After feeling great for several months, I had a relapse of my symptoms > that just wouldn't seem to let up -and though it wasn't a spiritual > fast, I feel God led me to fast for healing. Guest guest
Cherie, Good for you!! I still haven't gone that route, but I am seriously considering buying one of the portable infrared sauna's. I know that all this junk is trapped in me and I want to sweat it out!! I can't remember who here uses the portable one - if someone could tell me which brand that is and where they got it, I'd appreciate it. I think it cost about $600. Guest guest
I bought an infrared sauna and it was delivered right after my surgery. I have not been able to use it. I think it was Rogene that recommended I wait until a lot of the incision healing was well on its way. I decided to give myself 2 months since I had the full T Lift. My husband loves it. I am looking foward to using it. > > > > > > > > Hi girls > > > > I just wanted to share that I just completed my first 3-day > > fast. > > > > After feeling great for several months, I had a relapse of my > > > symptoms > > > > that just wouldn't seem to let up -and though it wasn't a > > > spiritual > > > > fast, I feel God led me to fast for healing. Guest guest
I do the IR sauna too - but I think it works the best when you juice and really loosen the toxins in your tissues first, then sweat them out and rid your body of them. Guest guest
HI Cherie! It's great to hear from you. Congratulations on your fast! I am proud of you! Do you think you can do another one? If you are like me, you may groan at the thought of it, while at the same time realizing it was one of the best ways to kick start that detox effort! I found that my fasting effort had to be approached as a program....I had to plan several fasts for a period of time, and my motivation was that rash that kept appearing on my breasts and scalp each time I fasted. I was determined to fast as many times as needed until that rash did not show up anymore. And I did. It was a great accomplishment, and my healing seemed to progress well after that. Keep me posted on your experience, and I hope that you will be encouraged to continue if you feel that your fasting experience was well worth the effort. I can't say that all of my arthritic/muscle pains are gone, they are much better, and I don't feel that toxic feeling - you know where your blood is hot and you have extreme fatigue through your body when you just climb a flight of stairs. It was quite painful at times, with my symptoms magnified as toxins were loosened from my tissues. I wanted to share my experience, in case any of you are considering a healing fast. I will keep you posted as to what happens in the next few days as I get back to eating.God Bless,Cherie Talk is cheap. Use Messenger to make PC-to-Phone calls. Great rates starting at 1¢/min.
