Guest guest
Hi everyone! I'm newish to the group - posted help message last year - thanks to those who responded. I'm a 56 year old male, vegan of fifteen years, vegetarian for 18 yrs prior to that. Resident in the UK. Here is my story. I had an unbelievably painful attack a year ago. Literally thought I was dying. Called ambulance & taken to local A & E department. Waited nine hours to see a doctor (thank you NHS)- by then symptoms gone - no diagnosis possible. 3 months later similar attack - went to GP, referred immediately to hospital - this time seen after 3 hours. Diagnosed with acute pancreatis & admitted for observation. Ultrasound showed no visible gallstones but appearance of GB showed it to be full of small stones. Consultant confirms need to have GB removed - discharged for things to quieten down. Find the Gallstones - No Surgery site - THANK YOU FOR EXISTING! Get Hulda e's book. Do herbal parasite cleanse then maintain this weekly throughout flushing process. 1st flush: Passed at least a thousand stones the size of grains of rice + 30 pea sized and 10 broad bean sized 2nd flush: Passed a couple of hundred rice sized stones, 50 pea sized stones and about 20 bean sized. Following morning could remember hearing a series of internal 'plopping' sounds while half asleep. Could this have been the sound of stones exiting the common bile duct? 3rd flush: The stones this time were incredibly smelly, even after careful washing. Passed about 50 bean sized, 200 pea sized and one monster at 25mm! This was interesting in that it was rounded with a flat upper surface. The rounded part had the clear markings of a crease, as if it had formed at the junction of two tubes. The upper flat surface was rough as if the stone had almost completely blocked the tube, but fluid was still just able to flow over the top of it. 4th flush: This time decided to experiment with position in bed after drinking oil/grapefruit mix - lay on right side with knees drawn up. Passed only about 20 small stones. Wasn't sure whether I was nearly clear or whether the new position led to less success. 5th flush: Reverted to e position in bed and this time passed about 200 mainly bean sized with some pea sized and another monster at 25mm. 6th flush: Passed about 70 stones mainly pea & bean sized. Wondered if I was finally getting there! When I awoke in the morning, could remember while half asleep, feeling a series of slight spasms of pain just below rib-cage, insufficient to fully awaken me however. Presumably stones passing down the common bile duct? 7th flush (today): This time passed about 150 stones, but this time much smaller again - rice and lentil sized. Only one bean sized. Is the end in sight? Feel I should do at least one more flush to confirm diminishing returns. Does one ever run completely clear? Just a comment on those who suggest that these stones are just congealed olive oil. Have these people really examined the evidence? 1. Just consider what goes in. The olive oil is a very pale green and is emulsified with the grapefruit juice reducing it to tiny particles in a pinkish mixture. 2. What comes out? In my case dark green stones, that are even darker almost to black when cut open. Not remotely the colour of olive oil. The quantity and quality varies widely between flushes, sometimes nothing tangible comes out. In which case what happens to the oil on this alternative view? 3. The function of the digestive tract as a whole is to break food down to its constituent parts, tiny molecules that can be absorbed through the lining of the gut. This process is assisted by powerful enzymes from the pancreas, strong stomach acids, bile from the liver and GB and a plethora of bacteria in the gut among other things. The suggestion that the same processes could somehow reassemble the tiny particles of olive oil into stones a completely different colour is preposterous. The digestive tract simply contains no means of assembly, only disassembly. If you examine the stones with your fingers you find that they are incredibly waxy, and very difficult to wash from your hands, not at all like oil. I suggest that the actual evidence suggests that what we pass are gall-stones, and that there is no evidence whatsoever that what we pass is congealed olive oil. Nor has anyone, to my knowledge, even explained how this could even be possible. Despite all the foregoing success, however, I still have the pain between my shoulders, clay coloured stools and quite a bit of upper wind (belching). Maybe the latter will settle down when my digestive system is allowed to return to normal after all these flushes? Someone has suggested that the colour of one's stools depends on diet. Any comments most welcome. By way of conclusion, I should note from what I have read, that in all propability my GB problem arose as the result of drinking only a fraction of the water I should have been drinking each day and my amazingly irregular meal times. I have now corrected both of these and hope that in future I cease production of stones. Finally, once again thanks to this group, just for existing but also for the countless interesting, informative and hugely supportive correspondence. Best wishes to everyone, Nick
Guest guest
Hi Nick, Great to hear of your success. I'm wondering if your stones could also have resulted from poor chemical balances in your body. It has been previously mentioned that people wita magnesium deficiency tend to produce more stones. It could be that incorporating more MAGNESIUM into your daily diet may also help. Also, the addition of LECITHIN rich foods will help to emulcify and properly digest the fats in your body. Just two suggestions that may be of help. Suzanne P.S. I've also had decreased success when luying on my right side. Guest guest
Hi Nick Thanks for sharing your story and congratulations on your success so far. Please do keep us posted on how things progress, okay? I do have a question about something you wrote. You said that in the 4th flush you decided to experiment and lay on your right side with knees drawn up, indicating that was different from the designated position. What is the recommended position, by what you've read? In health, > 4th flush: This time decided to experiment with position in bed > after drinking oil/grapefruit mix - lay on right side with knees > drawn up. Passed only about 20 small stones. Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, Agnes, & of DH, Many thanks for your positive responses to My Story, and apologies for being so slow in responding. I am trying your suggestion, Suzanne, of magnesium to see if it helps with my back pain, although my diet (vegan) should already contain lots of this mineral. I seem to have cured the upper wind problem I referred to, by not drinking water (or anything else!) at or near mealtimes. Am therefore hoping to avoid need to take lecithin (I'm not crazy abour supplements unless really necessary). Your observations about diet, Agnes, are interesting. Unfortunately I am very committed to not eating animal products for ethical reasons, but as a result of your suggestions, I'm certainly going to have another look at my diet. Your query, , I think has already been answered by others. As you will recall I had very little success lying on my right side. The position which worked best for me was that recommended by Hulda , where you lie on your back, with head and shoulders propped up, and lie perfectly still for at least half an hour. Thanks , for your support. As I move towards flush no.8, I'll keep you posted! Regards to all, Nick
