Hi Brigit, I'm sorry to be getting to your message so late . . . I'm still catching up on emails! You need to consult your pharmicist to find out if prescriptions contain silicone dioxide . . . Plant forms of silica are essential for heath . .. It's the kind that is mined that must be avoided. One woman found that her prescription was actually less when the pharmacist compounded it for her! . . . It might pay to find a good compounding pharmacist to work with. . .
