Guest guest
Hi Brigit, I'm sorry to be getting to your message so late . . . I'm still catching up on emails! You need to consult your pharmicist to find out if prescriptions contain silicone dioxide . . . Plant forms of silica are essential for heath . .. It's the kind that is mined that must be avoided. One woman found that her prescription was actually less when the pharmacist compounded it for her! . . . It might pay to find a good compounding pharmacist to work with. . . Are you feeling any better since eliminating silicone dioxide? - assuming you have. Hugs, Rogene KissofSadness@... wrote: If I'm correct -we aren't supposed to have this, right? After having taken Equate (generic) Naproxen Sodium (generic Aleve) and multivitamins every day for many years-I just realized that they have Silicon Dioxide. Regular Aleve uses Titatium Dioxide instead, I guess. It's so frustrating trying to read every lable to make sure it doesn't have Silica (which I KNOW I have adverse reactions to) and Silicon Dioxide -or Silicone of any form... Vitamins, medicines, pain relievers, makeup, skin care products, hair products... I'm scared to even start snooping around about the ingredients in my Synthroid and other prescriptions, because I know I can't afford having them specially made. Does it ever end???
