Guest guest
Nicki, Which cleanse are you using? You never said. Are you using Dr. s with Epsom salts? If not, maybe you should try it. The Epsom salts in the morning (6am & 8am) are meant to clear out those stones so that they don't stay around in your body and get 're-ingested'. I've done 5 flushes with ES and have adjusted to 5 tbspns instead of 4 because it cleans me out faster. By noon the next day I have counted pretty much all the stones from my flush. The ES really open up the intestines and bowels and helps you to eliminate quickly. Some people don't like the diarriha effect that goes along with ES, or they think it is too toxin or whatever, but for me it is wonderful. The diarriha is so watery that it doesn't hurt anyway. You really need to get as much of that stuff out as quickly as possible so that you don't feel ill later. Also, leaving that sludge, toxins, and stones in your intestines and colon puts added burden on your digestive system. Good luck. Barry. > I've just completed my 5th cleanse. Guest guest
Nicki, I hope others can address this question better than me. I guess it is possible for them to still be there, but surprises me after your colonics. I've done some very successful flushes and yet still am tired and fighting the die off as I do other good thing and quit bad things the cleansing reactions continue. So hopefully others can answer this. But just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. of Dewberry Hill I feel very bloated and tired. It's like they are staying in my intestines, not my colon or they are stuck somewhere slowly trying to come out. I know I'm doing everything right so I'm frustrated. I want to continue with the cleanses but am afraid they are stacking up inside or something. I have no pain. Does anyone have any advise for me. Guest guest
I am using the Epsom salts and like I said the first 3 were great. My last 2 colonics were very long over an hour but she had problems getting me to release the gas the stones are producing. She couldn't reach the beginning of my colon. I normally would get my colonic the day after the cleanse to get them out quickly but after having so many gas problems with my fourth one she suggested I wait an extra day to allow things to calm down before the colonic. I did wait and I took some colosan but it only seem to make things worse. I didn't do the parasite cleanse first, I have allergies and am afraid of the herbs but many parasites have come out especially the first 3 cleanses. Still frustrated about how to get the stones out. Guest guest
Hi Nicki, I'm going to throw some thoughts out into the discussion that came to mind while reading your post. I've read that parasites can be a cause of gas, bloating, as well as allergies. So, in spite of your allergies, you might want to consider doing a parasite cleanse. Dr. recommends adding 10-20 drops of Wormwood(for parasites) to her oil/grapefruit mixture as part of the liver cleanse. Not all sources of her cleanse recipe mention the Wormwood. Another possibility is the that gas and bloating is caused by lack of digestive enzymes needed to break down food properly. The lack of these enzymes can be caused by intake of processed foods. One other thought: I've read that peppermint leaf, is an antiseptic herb, and helps prevent the formation of gas and expel the gas already formed. I too experienced quite a bit of gas, due to my GB problems. Even after my GB surgery, I still continued to have gas. The liver cleanse relieved me of gas, but I have done the parasite cleanse as well, and added more fruits and veggies to my diet. After 7 liver cleanses, I'm still passing stones. You said you are passing stones...that's great! It just may take awhile until you are completely clear. Guest guest
Yeah, maybe you should do a parasite cleanse or colon cleanse before your next liver/gallbladder cleanse. The ES would usually clear you out pretty good. You need to have your other digestive organs working better (colon) to eliminate the stones from the liver/gb flush. Good luck.
