What to Eat - I'd like your ideas, please.

With Endo, Fibro, allergies and a problem with gluten there are so many things

that I cannot eat. I'm kinda running out of ideas for those days when I'm too

pooped to pop.... err... I mean cook! LOL I was wondering if we could share our

favs/recipes - you could email me too if you'd rather not take up space here,

but I think it would be a fun distraction. Here's what I cannot eat:

RAW - apples, carrots, bananas, celery (I can eat them cooked, but get gassy.)

No gluten

Gotta keep as much soy out of my system as possible.

No MSG

Lettuce goes right thru - leafy and still green, but I can eat spinach.

I love tomatoes, but too many (like on a chips and salsa date) and I get " the

runs " .

I'm also in cold Wisconsin right now, so I don't have regular or close access to

good reliable fresh organic produce, but I will take any produce over organic if

I'm hungry.

I'm hungry and I'm tired of spinach salad all the time. I'd like something light

and healthy.

Hi, this will give you more ideas, and what to avoid. There is a lot out there

that we can eat, and if you consider yourself " allergic " to any of these good

foods, then you can talk to Bee about taking in some of these in small

quantities at first.

A lot of what we need to eat is not light exactly, as we need a moderate amount

of non processed meat and eggs, and plenty of saturated fat through out the

year. I cannot always get organic, and do eat more tomatoes during the summer.
