Guest guest
What a cool story! I love stories like that! 3 sons! How wonderful and scary that must have been for you wife for the first time and mother of 3! How I met my soul mate I thought I'd jump right in and tell you how I met my husband. In 1991 I agreed to go on a blind date with a friend of a friend of a friend (you know the scenario). He showed up 2 hours late and I had already changed into a robe, taken off the make-up and was laying on the couch watching TV. The doorbell rang, I answered it by swinging the door wide and saying " nice of you to show up at all " and bingo....the love arrow struck big time! We got engaged 6 weeks later and were married 8 months later. We are happier today than we were the day we got married and have made a WONDERFUL life together. I had never been married (you know, career woman) and his first wife had walked out 12 years earlier leaving him to raise their 3 sons who, at the time she walked, were 3, 7 and 10. They are now 22, 26 and 29. They consider me their mom and how lucky I am to have them all in my life! They haven't seen their birthmother in over 10 years! Happy Sunday everyone...and continue praying for my cousin nah who is still in a coma. We have decided that we are all going to sing the song " Wake up Little Susie " over and over and over again until she DOES wake up!
