Dear Barry, I did my second cleanse Monday night and I feel great!! and I think

I've lost some weight too. Cant say I've seen a stone just a lot of sndy stuff

however some green bally things floated to the servace of the bowl..are they

just bile? ruth

one guy at work who is laughing at me through all this. He says I'm

getting skinny and the stones must be marbles coming out my brains to

want to spend my day off on the toilet. They just don't get it do

they? haha I've lost my gut stomach and they still have theirs so

they are only jealous of my better health and look. :-)

Barry, I also had Hepatitis when I was 13 do you think the cleanses can help

that damage to the liver? I'm not really sure what and how the liver is damaged

by the hepatitis either. Ruth

Congrats. Sounds like you had a good cleanse. The grainy sand stuff

is probably little stones in the making. They may have came out of

your ducts connecting the liver, gb, to the intestine. I always get

some of that sandy stuff and sludge along with stones.

Those green bally things floating are probably new cholesterol

stones. They could be anywhere from 1mm to 3cm in size. Did you count

how many were there floating? I've gotten out over 2,000 of those

over the 5 flushes I've done.

I've lost 10lbs in 3 months. A lot of water weight is eliminated with

the ES and the diarriha that goes with it. The next day I can feel my

pants looser. Also, I feel great. Elated, euphoric, young, for a few

days after. I feel more 'oily' too. Softer skin, oilier hair, etc.

Dieting has helped to loose the weight also of course.

Keep flushing every two weeks until the stones stop coming out. Could

take 5, 10, 15 more flushes depending on your body. After that only

once or twice a year maintenance cleansing will keep your liver/gb

clear of newer stones. Of course, the way to slow or stop stones

forming new is to watch your diet carefully. If you still eat the

same way you will probably have to flush every two weeks forever. :-)

Dieting will slow that down or even stop new stones forming if you

get the right diet for your body. Also, some people take Lecithin or

something else to help liquidify or equal out their bile so that

stones will not form.

Good luck with your health. You are definitely on the track to a

healthy liver/gb.
