If I was going to fly for treatment, I'd consider one of the large ND-based

clinics. There is one in Phoenix, I believe. I'd also consider my own ND,

in Tulsa, OK. I'd be skeptical of an MD-based clinic with no recommendation

from someone who has been treated.
