Hi April,

Usually inflammation is a sign your body is doing some healing. I have done the

white willow bark, and took boswellia for a month. Or

turmeric is good, or some fresh ginger tea. the best thing is to avoid foods and

toxins that the body has to get rid of and take in the nutrient that help you

heal. You can read on bee's site.
