Yes Heat will make it worse first use ice for a few days and then you can switch

heat and ice.

Arnica Gel you can get at GNC is great also coconut oil warm it up a bit and

have some one massage it in

Is this normal for you for your fibro pain? Did you do anything like workout to

cause it?

Hello everyone,

I'm having a lot of pain along my spine and neck, I think it's

inflammation. I know fish oil is anti-inflammatory, any other

recommendations?

Would heat make things worse? I want to use a heat pack or take a warm

bath, but it could inflame it more, not sure.

Hi Ange,

I think part of the problem is I fell off my diet and out of ketosis.

Having the wrong foods can cause inflammation. ALso, I did a lot of walking

carrying a heavy backpack, that probably did it too.
