Did a radio interview with Coach Marla from Winning Life Through Chronic Pain®.

I explained a brief history of pandiculation and somatics while teaching people

one somatics movement to free up part of the jaw and one somatics movement to

free up the neck.

If you're not familiar with a pandiculation. This is the heart of somatics

exercises where you learn to use the brain to release chemicals of relaxation so

the muscles regain their function and are lengthened out of their stiffness or

high tension levels.

It's how all healthy vertebrate animals naturally self-correct... and since

we're one of them, we can all afford to heed what nature has set up for us to

remain mobile, flexible and naturally keep those muscles pain free.
