Guest guest
Its been over a week since I got the trigger point injections. I have been so overwhelmed with the amount of pain they induced. I'm still having major burning at the injections sites, nerve pain in my lower back going down my buttocks and legs and soreness(its in both legs now). Is has gotten better but sitting at work for 8+ hours is really hard. I try to walk every hour for 5-10 minutes but that isn't pleasant either. The thing is, every injection site burns and is sore so they just didn't work for me at all and actually made me worse. Every time I get any kind of steroid I get a chest infection/cold. So now I'm not only hurting, I'm sick. I know it could be worse, but now its raining and I feel like I'm being struck by lightening. I think nerve pain is the worst pain there is. I hope everyone else is doing okay. We haven't had much activity in the group and I'm wondering if its because everyone is doing well or not so good? Hope its the latter. Take care everyone.
