I just wanted to say that the fact that you didn't see stones doesn't mean that your flush wasn't successful. Was there chaff? If so, that's a positive sign right there. I have read that calcified stones are harder to budge than the cholesterol ones (I think they are both harder and heavier), so don't lose heart if it takes a while longer. Keep in mind that they have likely been in there for a long time and settled in. This flush might possibly have dislodged them and then the subsequent ones will carry them out, too. I appreciate you sharing your experience because there are others out there who have had similar experiences but just didn't write about them and it's probably encouraging to them to know that they aren't alone. Each body is different and some people see incredible results with every cleanse and others vary. But regardless of what you see with your eyes, flushing the liver is a very healthy and productive thing for you to do. I know it's frustrating when you can't see the results, but they are there. And given time you'll get those stones out! In health,
Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I had my first attack on Dec. 22nd also. My hubby and I went to his big Christmas party, our first time out alone in sooooooooooooooo long. I was a bit nervous around all the people that I didn't know. We had barely finished dinner and the pain hit my side like a rock. I couldn't breath good, couldn't stand up straight. I tried to walk through the diningroom like I was cool though. I headed for the bathroom, Nothing!!! Then I had to get back through the diningroom and tell my hubby I was having a heart attack or something. He thought I was over reacting and gave me a hard time. I barely made it to our suburban where I tried to throw up, threw my bra off and tried to get comfortable in the back seat while he drove me to the hosp. We didn't even tell anyone good-bye. There were several people at our table. I have no idea where they think we went. Didn't care at the time. I think excitement, nervousness, anxiety, whatever must trigger it some. Great!!! just what I need. Anyway, just wanted to share with you that we were probably having attacks at the same time. Now we can work on getting better. Good luck, conniechristian --- suzanne_on_ca <suzanne_on_ca@...> wrote: > I am on the morning after my 4th cleanse.. and > Disappointed. Guest guest
Suzanne, I'm hoping others can tell why you aren't having much luck right now getting more stones. I bet you need to use more Epsom salts and don't worry about loose bowels. That really helps expell the stones, if you are faithful to the rest of the flush. And do lots of apple juice for a couple of days first. Now, I understand about being out in the middle of nowhere. I'm off the grid out here with a satellite dish for my net and a generator for computer. I split my own wood by hand and cook over my wood stove half the time (space age and stone age at once). My back is killing me and arthritis trying to take over. Gotta get cleaned out. Doing second flush this next weekend. I'm young but feel old, gotta get better. You are not alone. Be encouraged@! You and all our other friends doing the flushes are in my prayers. Keep me too! of Dewberry Hill Suzanne wrote: I wonder if the exitement/stress of getting so much done and then having little oxygen has anything to do with it? Guest guest
Hi Suzanne, I hope I can give you some words of encouragement. This is only my opinion and not anything backed by medical knowledge. Only what I've read and experienced myself. Maybe the lack of stones on your fouth cleanse means that your liver and GB is becoming more clear of cholesterol (softer) stones. I think you should have used the recommended amounts of epsom to help open your ducts and produce more 'flushing' (diarriha). The bowel eliminations are not painful anyway and will really assist in the elimination of all kinds of sludge, stones and toxins in your digestive system. I'm not saying this is the reason for the lack of stones, but it does help open the ducts in your liver to remove the most gunk possible. Like I said also, your liver maybe clearing itself of stones during normal digestive function because you are now eating a more proper diet. Now, there is another problem you have besides cholesterol liver stones that are easy to eliminate and usually pass out of your body through regular digestive function anyway. The stone(s) in your GB that are harder (calcified) have not exited yet. This probably is the problem still causing your pain since after flushing, your ducts and liver are clear of other possible sludge or smaller stone ubstructions. Not sure about that but I know that if you still have a white stone on ultrasound in your GB then this could very well be the 'problem stone' in your system. To eliminate this bigger harder stone you will need to continue flushing but also try and soften or break this stone down with certain dieting practices. I've heard that Gold Coin Grass and/or Chanca Piedra is herbs used to help break down the calcified stones over a shorter period of time than medication. I am currently in the process of breaking down a 1cm stone that still shows on ultrasound in my GB even after 2 flushes. Even though I feel great (dieting being the major cure), and I feel flushing is great for your entire digestive system, I also feel it will mainly cleanse your liver more easily than your harder GB stone. I think that cleansing is only a faster process to your regular liver function (as long as it isn't too far defected) anyway. Your body has always been passing stones in your bowel through regular function to some degree and you have not even know it. Sludge is also cleared up from your ducts very effectively with flushing vs. waiting for regualr body function to do that. The hard GB stone however will take more time to break down and soften in order for it too to pass out with a flush. I think a lot of people overlook this fact because they feel better and see a lot of soft liver stones eliminated from a flush. Some of us who are working on that bigger, harder, GB stone have to look into the breakdown, dieting, flushing process a little differently. About lying properly for stone removal; I have laid on my right side and then my back. Not my left side. I can't get any good reasoning for the difference in opnions. Some say right and back is good for liver stones, and left is good for heavier GB stones. I think back is centrally best for all bases. Maybe I'm wrong. I may try all ways but the main thing is breaking down the stone so that it will come out while even standing up! Good luck and check into stone breaking dieting and herbs. Time is needed. I hope this helps you in some way. Good luck. Only my opnion because I am concentrating on that 1cm hard stone in my GB as well. Barry. > I am on the morning after my 4th cleanse.. and Disappointed.
