HAH! Patty, your father is a wise man.

I sure found that out in our homeowner association. Some of the people on the

board

were absolute idiots and it baffled me how they could possibly have the money

they must

have. I mean these were not just power-hungry or mean people. They were truly

stupid.

It is beyond me.
