Where do you get wheatgrass juice ?

And how do you keep garlic from turning brown ? I peeled a garlic glove and put it in the frig in a plastic container and yet in 1 day it still turned lite brown...maybe I shouldn't have peel the whole thing. So new at all this stuff.
