Guest guest
Thanks for those thoughts, Adrienne. It's hard to tell what to do. I wonder if my question came out of listening to my body OR if it came from just wanting to eat !! I know one thing for sure and that is that I much prefer doing this on a Friday night when I'm not at home all day. There's too much thinkin' time on the weekend! But back to the issue of whether or not to cleanse while sick. It seems that there are some who say that you shouldn't cleanse while sick, but others who use cleansing as a way of relief from illness - to speed the recovery time along. I guess this is yet another case of each person deciding in each case what is right for him/her? I think that since I did the liver flush drink for five days last week I will let that be enough for now and do the GB cleanse at a later date. I do sometimes try to do too much and I sometimes need to let myself take it easy. Guest guest
Hi again, I've read in Dr. Hulda 's book that you should not do a cleanse if ill, but she doesn't define " ill. " I'm assuming from the context, if I'm remembering correctly, that she meant if you had a cold or flu...but I'm not sure. Sorry I'm not much more help than that. It probably wouldn't hurt to wait till you feel better to do the liver cleanse. I was surprised, as I said in my post last week, that my 6th cleanse produced more stones than the 5th one. But, I had waited one month between those cleanses, as opposed to two weeks between the previous ones. Maybe (who knows?) it was because the additional time waiting brought more stones forward in the liver. Guest guest
Hi , Sounds good.... I've decided to do my next cleanse in one month. Seems like the most immediate problems for me were relieved by the first two cleanses, so I think I should be fine doing them at one month intervals. It was interesting to read a post on the liver forum's page that said they had done 25 liver cleanses in a year and had passed 4000 stones: http://www.curezone.com/forums/forum.asp?ForumID=4 dated Dec. 22nd. (showed pictures too)! So, it seems that it's possible I could be passing stones for quite awhile, and if so, then I think I need to pace myself better in regards to the time interval between cleanses. Hope you're feeling better soon. Adrienne --- Rachd1961@... wrote: > Thanks for those thoughts, Adrienne.
