Thanks, . I knew it was too good to be true about the time frame -

LOL! We'll take it one day at a time. Kids just seem to want to know when

it will all be over - some of them still don't get that we'll never go back

to our SAD (my 16 year old can't wait until he can go off to college to get

away from the diet - but at least he doesn't cheat right now).

Thanks for the information about cravings coming from out of the blue. I

justified it to myself at the time by saying I must need the nutrients in

these foods if I'm craving them so strongly and all of a sudden. Now I

know better.
