Guest guest
I just read all of the posts in response to my post " back after a long... " . it is both reassuring and tragic that so many of you have such similar experiences. Thank you for taking the time to write. It stuck me how many of you said that the BPD woman in your life thought that the man in thier life was interested in other men. My Nada (and my Nada-in-law for that matter) is obsessed with the idea that other men are gay. On particular scenerio surrounded friends of the family who have three sons. From the point when they were 25,27 and 31, my Nada became obsessed with the idea that they were gay. She kept saying that she thought that (thier mother) thought that other people thought that the guys were gay. It was laughable! These guys were and are as far from being gay as anyone. What made it over the top weird is that they were (and are) particularly masculine. They all had girlfriends but my Nada thought that if they were " real " girlfriends they would be around more. She always commented on the fact that they weren't married (like most people get married by 25 now??) She would go on and on with a concerned look " I think that thinks that other people think that they are gay " .
Guest guest
Wow, I forgot about that aspect of stepnada. She asked me if my sister was a lesbian!!! My sister was taken aback. She had boyfriends but she didn't ever want to bring them around stepnada and never talked about them. So it looked like she wasn't dating at all, just going out with friends. > > I just read all of the posts in response to my post " back after a > long...
