Guest guest
Hi Bee has said that month for a year time line is not quite applicable to children. Even we may need to keep on the stricter diet the rest of our lives to be truly healthy. That does not mean we cannot have some carbs later, but not any high carbs, or grains, and perhaps have some raw dairy and perhaps not. It is really how bad off you are, and how bad your diet was before, and how the diet was of your parents and actually all your ancestors. It is great you are working on this, and cravings can come out of nowhere. I ate a small locally grown plum yesterday. It looked so good.I go to a local market. What I really wanted was a small fugi apple. I did not get it. I also buy for my family and my boss there.
